Paul Krasinski
Founder

Paul has connected with people throughout his professional career to design and create technology solutions to make their lives easier and more valuable. The many connections I’ve made with creators around the world helped me realize that while technology is a great way to connect people, there is no substitute for face-to-face interactions. The vision for The Farmhouse was to bring people together to discover their true selves and subsequently help others with self-discovery. The Farmhouse was designed to be inviting, inspiring, and connected with nature.

Suzanne Lombardi
Director, Seed to Table

Suzanne didn't always intend to be a chef, baker, or candy maker, but her artistic aspirations were everpresent. Raised in Milton, Massachusetts, she drew inspiration from her grandmother's baking aromas and her father's jazz. Art school led her to discover a love for cooking. A kitchen job and an apprenticeship with Sheryl Julian, a Boston food writer, honed her culinary passion. After mastering baking in California's Il Fornaio and artisanal coffeehouses, she founded Dancing Deer Baking Company back in Milton. From there, Tiny Trapeze Confections and later The Plate emerged. Suzanne remains dedicated to her hometown, creating culinary masterpieces that reflect her entrepreneurial and artistic expertise.

Mike Morrill
Head of Operations

Mike is the founder and owner of MP Morrill Carpentry in Plymouth, MA. In this capacity, he is able to collaborate with clients to design, create and build their visions into reality. This requires both an understanding of construction, but also a strong aesthetic sense to translate requirements into a physical space. Mike is responsible for leading all contracting, operations and maintenance at The Farmhouse.

Toni Morini
Head Farmer

Toni discovered her love of cooking food at a very young age, which blossomed into a passion for growing food later in life. She believes everyone should have the opportunity to eat healthy, delicious food, and learn how to grow it for themselves! Her experiences with teaching children in gardens and learning regenerative farming techniques has led her to The Farmhouse. She loves to share her passion for farming and learn new ways to work with the earth to create food. Her goal is to help others experience this natural growing process in a way that feels nourishing to the body and mind.

Lynne Lipinsky
Head of Finance

Lynne has worked at many successful startups in a senior executive capacity in media and research analytics companies. Lynne has over 18 years’ experience managing M&A, corporate finance, operations, legal, and human resources within successful start-ups. Lynne is excited to be able to lend her financial and business acumen to The Farmhouse.

Conor Biddle
Creative Director

Conor has been creating visual content since he was 9 years old. His journey as a creator has taken him to dance at MLB stadiums, write for TV shows, Creative Direct for startups, launch a clothing brand, and much more in between. The Farmhouse is a place that welcomes and empowers people to be their creative selves so naturally Conor is excited to help bring the magic of The Farmhouse to life.
